About the Role- Program Associate
The Program Associate will oversee the daily operations and implementation of educational activities at the Community Learning Centre. Acting as the primary point of contact, the Program Associate will manage the center’s programs, ensure smooth delivery of services, and provide direct support to students. This role is essential for creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment while ensuring that the center meets its objectives.

Desired Profile
- Excellent computer skills (MS Excel, MS PPT, Google Spreadsheets, Canva, etc.)
- Have experience in data management of the project.
- 2-3 years of experience in youth empowerment and/or community-based operations
- Education: Graduate degree/diploma in IT, Computer Applications or any other equivalent technical degree
- Proven ability to independently handle multiple diverse assignments simultaneously, successfully complete assigned tasks, and meet deadlines while conducting high-quality work.
- Excellent verbal & written communication in Hindi, English (and any local language) and rapport-building skills with stakeholders.
- Ready to work from the office (Delhi).

Salary
