About the Role- Scholar Saathi
The Scholar Saathi is a crucial support role at the Digital Learning Centre (DLC), assisting the Program Associate in community outreach, daily operations, and student engagement. The position is designed for an energetic and empathetic individual passionate about community development and education. The Scholar Sathi will bridge the gap between the DLC’s initiatives and the community, ensuring smooth operations and maximizing the impact of the center’s programs. This role will provide hands-on experience in community work, educational support, and program management.

Desired Skills and Qualifications
- Graduate or diploma in any field; preferably related to IT, Community Development, or Education.
- 1-2 years of experience in community outreach, operations management, or educational programs.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google tools, as well as a general understanding of digital literacy tools.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Hindi and English. Familiarity with local dialects is a plus.
- A strong interest in science and technology, with a curiosity for tinkering with devices and experimenting with innovations.
- Strong interpersonal skills, proactive attitude, and a passion for community service. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be flexible and willing to take on multiple roles as needed.

Salary
The Scholar Saathi at Youth Dreamers Foundation will get a salary between Rs.12,000 to 16,000 PM.
