Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college.
• Experience as an analyst in an e-commerce/ FMCG firm would be preferred
• Monetization analytics experience will be preferred but not mandatory
• Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets and relational databases (SQL exposure a must) , Previous experience in Python, G sheets will be preferred but not mandatory
• Able to work with others in a fast-paced, team environment and to interact effectively with all levels of management.
• Results oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, can work individually with minimal or no supervision

Roles & Responsibilities

• Apply Data Analytics methods to large amounts of data from different sources to build and productize category & revenue growth levers
• Working closely with cross functional teams spanning Revenue Managers, Product Managers, Monetization Brand success team on day on day basis for business KPI analysis including but not limited to Monetization Product Levers, Brand Success, Revenue Product Initiatives (Search Algo, Sorting Algo etc.)
• Deep dive on the daily business problems using tools such as SQL, G sheets, Python etc. to drive short term and long term analytical/ reporting/ dashboarding solutions
• Build scalable processes , automate, identify and execute on high impact projects
