Job Summary
The role involves providing training and handholding support to various stakeholders in the education sector, including Education Facilitators, Shiksha Mitras, School Management Committee (SMC) members, Community Mobilizers, Anganwadi workers, and government school teachers. The focus areas include foundational literacy and numeracy (FLN), pedagogy, curriculum contextualization, and lesson planning. Additionally, the position requires collaboration with the central training and curriculum team to align and execute trainings based on state and project requirements.
Responsibilities
- Training/ handholding support to Education Facilitators and Shiksha Mitras on FLN, Grade appropriateness, pedagogy, and lesson plans.
- Training School Management Committee (SMC) members on roles and responsibilities.
- Training/ handholding support Community Mobilizers on mobilization and management of convergence groups, awareness programs, etc.
- Training/ handholding Anganwadi workers on ECE modules.
- Training Government school teachers from grades 1 to 8 on LAMP Pedagogy, demystifying concepts, FLN, etc.
- Contextualizing the curriculum based on geographical requirements.
- Supporting the central training and curriculum team in formulating and executing various trainings and curriculum realignment based on daily state and project requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
- B.Ed. (mandatory) with post-graduation in Language, education, science or any other related field.
- Preference will be given to the candidate with prior experience in educational training.

- Sensitivity to understand and address the unique needs of teachers, SMC members, and community mobilizers.
- Flexibility to adapt training strategies based on the context and requirements.
