Eligibility
Education
Bachelor of Social Work (BSW)/ Any Graduate in Social Development Sector [Preference will be given to individuals who have worked in Immunization area]
Experience
1-2 years/ Freshers are encouraged to apply
Language Proficiency
Hindi and English (Good in local dialect will be an added advantage)
Job Role
The key deliverables will include (but not limited to) the following
- Participation in relevant block level meetings related to Immunization like BTFI, presentation of project progress and community Feedback.
- Conduct monthly review of immunization status in the blocks with all supervisory cadres through the Medical Officer
- Field visits for supportive supervision and problem solving in the field 20 dyas per month, for the following-
- PRA exercise and social mapping of the ASHA area/mobilizer area for identification of:
- Identify Hamlets/pockets not served by ANM/ASHAs such as High-risk areas such as Geographically difficult/cut out areas, Tribal and nomadic population, habitations of seasonal migratory population, peri urban habitations etc.
- Identify Zero Dose (ZD) children/pockets and reasons behind vaccine avoidance, service and demand related including gender.
- Identify local leaders/prominent people who can mobilize vaccine hesitant families

- Willingness to travel to provide technical assistance across the district for meeting the
timelines. - Computer proficiency with high level of familiarity with commonly used packages like MS
