Requirements
- Qualified in social development Psychology human development science, Preference to special course diploma in gender, patriarchy and women empowerment
- Has worked at both grassroots with rural volunteers and has also worked at the strategic level managing implementation for impact with team
- Has managed variety of stakeholders donors, government, implementing and technical partners
- Preference to those who have worked for addressing violence against women and have understanding of the NCWs, NCPCR, feminist activist orgs
- Female
- 15+ years experience of working with Adolscenet girls participation, protection, and skilling, gender and women
Responsibilities
Building organizations capabilities for scale up of the outcomes and serving field operation teams with products and technical support in improving life chances for adolescents girls, their empowerment and inclusion.
Product
- Develop products service offerings IPS to break intergenerational cycle of poverty for adolescents girls
- Tech enabled application, monitoring and evaluation strategies
- Outcome oriented campaigns
People
- Setting-up and growing teams for technical requirements and pilot-projects
- L&D for capacity building of team(s)
- PMS process for the team(s)
Stakeholder
- Collaboration with zonal teams, CoEs, and Senior management teams
- Developing technical partnerships like Breakthrough team
- Strengthening government partnerships like breakthrough team
- Strengthening government partnerships State and district level nodal departments
- Attracting and supporting funding partnerships
